His number 11 is said to resonate at an extremely high vibration, symbolizing spiritual enlightenment and awakening, as well as vision, balance, invention and higher ideals. These are all distinguishing characteristics of Kyrie. "Pareidolia" is inspired by #kyrievision and his third-eye spirituality.       <image:caption>Since the early 1990’s @camhouston had a vision to create the first ever playable basketball court within an art museum. In celebration of the March-April 2023 NCAA Men’s Final Four in Houston, this vision is now a reality thanks to the support of @Adidasbasketball The #CAMHCOURT creates a new type of museum experience where audiences are empowered to engage with the art. Many of the visitors have never before stepped inside of an art museum so it’s been really special to see people of all ages open up to the world of art. As a filmmaker and an enormous fan of the sport of basketball, this was a dream project for me to be a part of. It was a true blessing to film with an all Houston based crew to tell the story of the CAMH COURT and its designer, @trenton_doyle_hancock a legendary Houston based artist.       <image:caption>From Fathomers: In March 2017, as the opening stanza to an extended collaboration with Fathomers, artist Michael Jones McKean engaged the remains of the Teignmouth Electron, the sailing vessel commissioned by amateur yachtsman Donald Crowhurst for his failed and tragic attempt to circle the earth, alone, without stopping, in the 1968–1969 Golden Globe Race. Beached for decades on a remote island in the Caribbean, the Electron has long served as mystery and muse for artists, filmmakers, writers, sailors, historians and many others. For Michael, who has owned the boat since 2007, the vessel operates as a siren-like talisman — a ruin now morphed into relic.  Joined by a team of researchers and Fathomers, Michael traveled to Cayman Brac to create an archaeological record of the decaying Electron, capturing comprehensive photo and video documentation, as well as digital 3D scans of the site, with the intention of contributing these and other research materials to the rich public well of Electron mythology. We also isolated and preserved a select fragment of the boat for an important project action to come.       <image:title>Work - Nike x VidCon 2019: Sport Changes Everything</image:title>
      <image:caption>The Nike Sport Court at Vidcon aimed to inject the joy of sport in a playful and disruptive way that inspires kids to start moving. Today’s kids are dropping out of sport at unprecedented rates. To reignite interest in sport for the next generation, Nike had a center-stage presence at Vidcon 2019 by launching a larger-than-life Sport Court, encouraging participants to play and engage with their favorite Vidcon Content Creators and Athletes. The Nike Sport Court will celebrate one sport for each day of Vidcon (Day 1: Skateboarding, Day 2: Soccer, Day 3: Basketball). We were there to document each day from start to finish, churning out fresh content for Nike each day.</image:caption>

Through a series of choreographic mappings and systemic experimentation, Lauri is working with ideas about how we associate with one another and have intensely private moments in public spaces. Lauri sets out from a central site that recognizes what is primitive and mysterious in ourselves and the critical role of vulnerability. Happening over 6 hours, And all directions I come to you is envisioned as a constant flow of intuition and play. The installations principal is movement, and with this work, Lauri aims for experience to be an anchor for thinking, by letting time happen to offer emancipatory moments and a gathering among strangers who are or are not community. Non-hierarchal, haptic and tactile, Lauri crafts the work to grow amidst things and with things. Outside of the 6-week exhibition, Lauri and glo are engaged in a series of civic actions with local neighborhoods and communities that include farming, movement choirs, and making days.
